North Park Golf Course Reopens Saturday

Saturday promises to be a duffer’s delight, as one of Allegheny County’s most popular public golf courses reopens for the season.

The North Park Golf Course, an 18-hole, par-72 course with three tee replacements, has been closed for annual maintenance and aerating. It will be open daily from dawn to dusk, weather and conditions permitting.

This year’s green fees and rental fees:

• Adult admission, Monday through Thursday: $17 for county residents, $21 for all others.

• Junior admission, Monday through Thursday, $12 for county residents, $15 for all others.

• Youth admission, Monday through Thursday, $12 for county residents, $15 for all others.

• All ages, Friday through Sunday and holidays: $20 for county residents, $25 for all others.

• Golf cart rental: $19.50 for county residents, $24 for all others.

• Golf cart rental, single rider: $9.75 for county residents, $12 for all others.

• Pull cart: $2 for county residents, $3 for all others.

• Golf club rental: $5.50 for county residents, $7 for all others.
