Portion Of Burke Road In Cranberry Closing

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Burke Road will be closing for about a month between Franklin Road and Serendipity Lane. The closure, which will be in effect from June 17 through July 22, will enable contractors to raise the low point in the road near Franklin Road and install new storm water inlets.

Residents living within the work area will have access to their residence but should anticipate delays. The detours are as follows:

Traffic westbound on Peters Road will be directed west to Franklin Road.

  • Continue west on Peters Road to intersection at Franklin Road.
  • At the traffic signal at Franklin Road, turn left.
  • Travel south to Burke Road.
  • Detour ends.

Traffic northbound on Franklin Road will be directed north to Peters Road.

  • Continue north on Franklin Road to intersection at Peters Road.
  • At the traffic signal at Peters Road, turn right.
  • Travel east to Burke Road.
  • Detour ends.
