Steelers' Sean Davis Sued For Alleged Cyberbullying
The Steelers' safety allegedly mocked a teen at a Chick-Fil-A drive-thru window.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Steelers safety Sean Davis is being sued for allegedly posting a Snapchat video mocking a boy who served him at the Cranberry Chick-fil-A drive-thru window. The lawsuit alleges that the video resulted in the boy being bullied at school.
The lawsuit, filed in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court, alleges libel, cyberbullying, intentional infliction of emotional distress and slander, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported. The youth is not identified in the lawsuit and his parents are named only by their initials; the family is from Wexford.
Davis, 24, last month uploaded a video to Snapchat of the teen working at the drive-thru. Davis can be heard saying, “This kid like eight years old. No wonder the lines be so long.”

After being ridiculed over the video in school, the teen has suffered from headaches, sleeplessness and depression, the lawsuit alleges.
A representative for Davis told the Post-Gazette that his remarks were geared toward Chick-Fil-A, not the youth. “From our perspective, it was a commentary on a billion-dollar corporation. It had nothing in particular to do with this young man,” said Randy Fisher, general counsel for MBK Sports Management Group.
