• DCCC graduates 48 from police academy (delcotimes.com) — Several new Upper Darby police officers are among 48 graduates from Delaware County Community College’s Municipal Police Academy, which held its ceremony Monday in Aston. The class includes many local recruits, strong female representation, and award-winning cadets from around the region. Training runs 920 hours, and the next academy class begins in July for those considering law enforcement careers.
