A Carnegie man was arrested in Beechview after Pittsburgh police reportedly found drugs in his possession.
Police arrested Miles Richard Bennett, 22, on Nov. 9 at Fallowfield Avenue and Sebring Avenue. According to the police report, officers recovered 59 stamp bags of heroin and three small bags of marijuana from inside Bennett’s car.
Bennett was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Bennett is currently in Allegheny County Jail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 15.
