PA's Best Pizzeria Located In Pittsburgh: Mashed

BROOKLINE, PA — In a review sure to spark controversy locally and statewide, food website Mashed has named Fiori's as the best pizza place in Pennsylvania. The pizzeria has locations in Brookline and McMurray.

That decision likely will not sit well with fans of other popular pizza places in Pittsburgh, such as Mineo's or Aiello's in Squirrel Hill, Caliente in multiple locations or Vincent's in North Braddock. Nor will the verdict go over well in Philadelphia, which has a number of decent pizza joints of its own.

Regarding Fiori's, Mashed stated "When it comes to the best pizza eateries in all of Pennsylvania, Fiori's Pizzaria is a cut above the rest. At both of the restaurant's locations, the pies are made fresh daily and tossed by hand. Where this restaurant really stands apart from the competition is the size of its pies and the flavor of its toppings.

"Fiori's Pizzaria takes pride in being a full-fledged Italian restaurant, so it also has a tasty assortment of calzones, hoagies, and pasta dishes."
