Summer Food Service Program for Kids Offered in Dormont
The program runs until Aug. 16.
The Allegheny County Department of Human Services will operate SummerFood, a free breakfast, lunch and recreation program for children and youths ages 18 and younger in economically disadvantaged communities beginning this week.
Nutritious lunches will be available for eligible children on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dormont Recreation Center at 1801 Dormont Ave.
