A Pennsylvania State Police crackdown on aggressive drivers on Wednesday led to 252 traffic citations over three counties, including Bucks.
BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A Pennsylvania State Police crackdown on aggressive drivers on Wednesday led to 252 traffic citations over three counties, including Bucks County.
Pennsylvania State Police Troop M, which includes Bucks, Lehigh, and Northampton counties, released the results of the enforcement.

- 92 Warnings
- 2 Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Arrest
- 1 Traffic Stop with Operator Warrant
- 4 Criminal Arrests
State Police said the objective of this operation was to conduct aggressive, visible enforcement resulting in increased highway safety.
Drivers are also reminded of the mandates of Title 75 Section 3733, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police Officer.

Any driver of a motor vehicle who willfully fails or refuses to bring their vehicle to a stop, or who otherwise flees or attempts to elude a pursuing police officer, commits an offense, graded up to a Felony of the 3rd Degree, which carries a maximum sentence of 7 years in prison, a $15,000 fine, and restitution for damages and/or injuries sustained as a result of the pursuit.
