This weekend, be prepared to have fun. There's plenty to do from a street fair in Newtown to a Rock the Block party in Doylestown.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The first full weekend in June brings a jammed pack schedule of events to the Bucks County countryside from a "street fair with flair" in Newtown to a Kitchen and Garden Tour in New Hope, Doylestown and Richboro. There's even an event this weekend for your four-legged canine companion. You won't want to miss "Arts And Barks" in Warminster.

Street Fair With Flair This Weekend In Newtown
Sycamore Street will bustle with the sights and sounds of Newtown Welcome Day on Sunday, June 8 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Presented by Capital Health and organized by the Newtown Business Association, the "street fair with flair" will unfold between Jefferson Street and Durham Road featuring live entertainment, lots of food, vendors spotlighting local businesses and artisans, and plenty of family fun.

Tour To Open Kitchens, Gardens In Bucks
Bucks Beautiful will open up six of the county's hidden jewels during its 30th Kitchen & Garden Tour on Sunday, June 8 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine. Tour goers will explore remodeled kitchens and lovingly tended landscapes featured at six homes located in New Hope, Richboro and Doylestown. Bucks County Master Gardeners will also be on hand to offer expertise as visitors peruse specimen trees, perennials, colorful annuals and more. Tickets at $50 each include a program with maps, photos and descriptions of each garden, plus a garden gift bag. Shutterbugs can feel free to click away to take home some inspiration.

"Rock The Block" In Downtown Doylestown
The Doylestown Music Festival is back and the sound of music is everywhere, transforming the town into a vibrant, walkable music experience. Through June 8, local and regional musicians are performing live at participating venues, filling downtown with music and entertainment. The week-long festival reaches a crescendo with a day-long Rock the Block party you don't want to miss happening on West Court Street on Saturday, June 7.

The 6th Annual Arts & Barks Pet and Family Fest is this weekend. The family fundraising event is held in Warminster Park on Saturday, June 7, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The free public event welcomes the whole family as well as your leashed loved ones, organizer Amanda Corey Gershanick said. The event includes six-plus local animal rescues, five food trucks including Ravioli Mix, Kona Pizza, The Comfort Kitchen, The Tot Rod, etc., a live band, vendors, petting zoo, Bucks Bubbles, face painters, balloon twister, Minnie Mouse character, K9 dogs, and more.

The annual Music Off Main concert series is back for another summer season in Yardley Borough. "Experience Yardley" is again promising "an unforgettable musical journey right in the heart of Yardley Borough" every Saturday evening (and Sunday afternoon) during June and July, set against the picturesque backdrop of Buttonwood Park. The free live outdoor music concerts offer a diverse array of performances that cater to all tastes and ages, organizers said.
