1 Person Hurt In Crash On Edison Road In Doylestown Township
The road was closed for several hours while emergency crews assisted with the crash and conducted an investigation.

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — One person was hurt Monday morning when a truck pulling a trailer left the roadway and ended up at the base of a stone bridge.
Doylestown Fire Company No. 1, Doylestown Township Police and Warrington Community Ambulance responded to Edison Road at Quarry Road just after 10 a.m. for the accident, which required emergency responders to scale down a steep embankment to reach the vehicle.
Firefighters assisted Warrington EMS personnel with the rescue of the driver from the truck, which landed in a creek bed. The driver was transported to the hospital by Warrington Community Ambulance. The extent of the person's injuries was not immediately known.
