Bank Taps Doylestown Woman As Regional Personal Banking Manager

DOYLESTOWN, PA – C&N has announced the promotion of Doylestown resident Valerie Cain to Regional Personal Banking Manager covering the company’s Southeast region.

Val joined C&N in June 2025 as the Southeast Region’s Retail Business Development Officer and has quickly demonstrated strong leadership and commitment to her team, customers and community. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Val brings deep regional knowledge, strong business development and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of leading high-performing branches.

In her expanded role, she will focus on driving retail performance, supporting team development, and ensuring exceptional client experience across the region.

Originally from France, Valerie studied abroad before launching her career in the U.S. She has lived in Doylestown for more than 20 years and enjoys restoring her stone home, reading, and walking with her dog in her spare time. She has two daughters, Audrey and Allie, and is looking forward to increasing her involvement in local organizations.
