Borough Bagels Reopens In Doylestown For Curbside Pickup
The shop, located at The Shoppes at Veterans Lane, had been closed since March 15 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Doylestown's Borough Bagels reopened Friday for curbside pickup. The shop, located at The Shoppes at Veterans Lane, had been closed since March 15 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
On their first day open, owner Angela Marano said the bagel shop did roughly 25 percent of their normal Friday business. "We’re trying to look at it positively and picture the glass half full instead of half empty and 25 percent is better than nothing," she said.
She said she can only move forward and be positive. "The coronavirus pandemic has seriously taken a toll on small business everywhere so I know we are not alone," she said.

During the six-week closure, the shop's owners were busy donating bagels to the Central Bucks School District Food program at Barclay Elementary.
Marano said they've made thousands of bagels for their school's farmers market, which assists families and children in need of food. "We would love to continue giving to the market and will do everything we can to continue helping the families that are struggling to put food on their table," Marano added.
The time has come... curb side pickup starting tomorrow, May 1st. Menu to be posted soon! New Hours: 8am-12pm until...
