Sweet & Savory Holicong Bakery Celebrating Anniversary By Giving Back

BUCKINGHAM TOWNSHIP, PA – Bake Ability, a Central Bucks County bakery known for its mission-driven approach to inclusive employment and handcrafted sweet and savory baked goods, is celebrating its anniversary this month by giving back.

Since opening its doors in 2021, Bake Ability has provided meaningful job opportunities for individuals with disabilities while delivering high-quality, homemade treats to its customers.

In the past four years, Bake Ability has not only built a loyal following for its cookies, pastries, and savory treats, it has made a lasting impact on the community. By fostering an inclusive work environment and offering hands-on training, the bakery empowers employees with skills that enhance their careers and confidence.

"Our journey has been incredibly rewarding," said owner Paula Fasciano of Bake Ability. "We started with the vision of creating a welcoming space where everyone, regardless of ability, could thrive. Seeing our team members grow and our customers support our mission has been truly inspiring."

To commemorate the occasion, Bake Ability has revamped and upgraded its website (going live on Friday, Feb. 21) for a better online learning and shopping experience and to better showcase its mission and employees.

The store is also hosting special in-store anniversary givebacks and giveaways through Sunday, Feb. 23 featuring:

• For every cookie sold between now and Feb. 23, a portion of the proceeds will benefit The Next Step Program’s Vision 2030 Campaign.
• For purchases of more than $25, customers will receive a vinyl/reusable swag bag (with Bake Ability pen and post-it notes).
• A community appreciation giveaway for a chance to win a t-shirt and a $25 gift certificate. Fill out a free entry ticket at the store after making a purchase. Winners will be notified.
