“Having champions in the community is essential for a small nonprofit like ours, and Justin is that and more,” said Denise Sezack, executive director. “He not only spreads awareness of our mission—he rolls up his sleeves and gets involved.”

This fall, Braley worked alongside RePlant Bucks Chair Dominic Zimmaro to support volunteers in planting more than 550 native trees throughout the Bucks County park system, demonstrating his commitment to restoring and enhancing local landscapes.

The 2025 Laurel Award was presented to Pat Zema, a devoted community member whose exceptional service has strengthened Bucks Beautiful’s reach and effectiveness.

Zema has been a dedicated member of the Spring Fling Committee, where her steadfast support, kindness, and generosity have played a critical role in the event’s continued growth. She tirelessly secures many of the organization’s auction items and contributes her culinary talents by donating her highly sought-after gourmet French dinners to the live auction.

This year, Zema graciously offered an additional dinner, helping to raise even more funds to support Bucks Beautiful’s beautification programs.

“Pat’s unwavering commitment and advocacy have been vital to our progress,” said Denise Sezack, executive director. “We are incredibly fortunate to have her as both an advocate and a friend.”
