The district finalized the options it would offer to families when passing the health and safety plan, which includes specifics on distancing, busing, lunch, and more. You can view the full safety plan here.

The plan was created after six action plan committees made up of teachers and staff collaborated. In addition to committee work, surveys were sent to parents and staff to gather feedback on safety and the different options for opening buildings.

The debate over when and how to reopen schools continues to rage across the state and nation.

On Thursday, the Council Rock school board began a six-hour meeting that ended early Friday with approval of a plan for hybrid and online options with a delayed start. The board debated the issue for hours, with four members supporting a plan passed by Central Bucks.
