Central Bucks West Drama Club To Benefit From Fundraising Night

The evening offers an opportunity to meet the club's student officers and creative team, learn about its upcoming season, and find out more.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Harlequin Club of Central Bucks High School West will benefit from a fundraising and information night on Thursday, Aug. 28 from 5 to 9 p.m. at PJ Whelihan's, 4379 Swamp Road, Doylestown.

Tell your server that you're there to support the Harlequin Club (the CB West drama program) and the restaurant will donate a portion of your receipt toward the club's 2025-26 season.

The evening also offers an opportunity to meet the club's student officers and creative team, learn about its upcoming season, and find out how to get involved.

This year's season will open with Shakespeare's "Macbeth," a classic tale of ambition and murder full of special effects just in time for Halloween. Performances are Oct. 24, 25 and 26.

Next up is "Ranked," a contemporary musical set in a dystopian high school. Think "Mean Girls" meets "Hunger Games." The musical is on stage Nov. 14, 15 and 16.

Rounding out the season will be "Chicago - Teen Edition," the iconic Kander & Ebb 1920s musical satire that exposes the "celebrity criminal" with iconic dance by Bob Fosse. The show is on stage in March.
