Chalfont Man Faces Charges For Engaging In Lewd Behavior At Fitness Club
Based on witness accounts and the nature of the incident, a warrant was issued for the man's arrest for lewd and indecent conduct.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 53-year-old Chalfont man faces charges after he was seen engaging in lewd behavior in a fitness club's hot tub.
The incident happened June 8 at the LA Fitness Club on Paul Valley Road.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to two staff members and a gym member who said the man was engaging in a sexual act while viewing explicit material on his cell phone.

The man fled the premises before police arrived.

The man turned himself in on June 30. He was charged with open lewdness and obscene and other sexual materials and performances. He was arraigned by Judge Wertman who set bail at $25,000. unsecured.
