Chocolate Covered February Sweetens The Season At Peddler’s Village
A "Village of Chocolate" theme includes Valentine's Day dining, culinary events, chocolate workshops, and a village-wide chocolate trail.

LAHASKA, PA — Peddler’s Village transforms into a “Village of Chocolate” in February with chocolate-infused restaurant specials, culinary events, Valentine’s Day prix fixe menus, chocolate-covered workshops, and a chocolate trail through the village.
In addition to Valentine's Day dining with special menus on Feb. 14 and 15, three restaurants at Peddler’s Village will be hosting special chocolate-themed dinners throughout the month:
- Earl’s New American is presenting a four-course Chocolate & Wine Dinner on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 6 p.m.
- Hart’s Tavern will host a Chocolate & Beer Dinner in partnership with the Bucks County-based brewery Free Will Brewing on Thursday, Feb. 13 at 6 p.m.
- The Cock ‘n Bull will be presenting a four-course Chocolate & Whiskey Dinner on Thursday, Feb. 20 at 6 p.m. Reservations and tickets are required for all dining events.

On Sunday, Feb. 16 guests who register for the Chocolate-Covered Workshops will learn how to temper, melt, mold, and paint chocolate treats. The event will be led by Kim Pietrak of Skip’s Candy Corner, a shop in Peddler’s Village, as well as Kandy Hughus from Kelly’s Kandy. Guests of all ages can register on the Peddler’s Village website.
From Feb. 14 through 16, guests can travel the Village Chocolate Trail to collect stickers that will entitle them to a golden ticket, each of which will reveal a prize. Prizes will include Peddler’s Village gift cards, shop merchandise, carousel rides at Giggleberry Fair, and overnight stays at the Golden Plough Inn, the on-site hotel at Peddler’s Village.

Other chocolate-themed events include a Hewn Spirits Chocolate Tasting Flight from Feb. 13 through 16 and a Couples Date Night Cake Class at Sweet Occasions on Thursday, Feb. 13.
