Christmas Tree Sale To Benefit Central Bucks West Bands

The 16th annual sale at War Memorial Field in Doylestown is taking place every weekend through December.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — Hundreds of Christmas trees will be available for purchase for the next three weekends at War Memorial Field in Doylestown.

The Central Bucks West Band Parents Association will again be holding its annual Christmas Tree Sale, kicking off on Saturday, Nov. 29, and continuing through Sunday, Dec. 14.

Shoppers can choose from hundreds of Fraser Fir and a limited selection of Concolor Fir trees ranging from seven to eight feet in height, priced at $90 each. A limited selection of large trees will be available.

The event raises funds for the high school's band programs, contributing to purchases such as sheet music, uniforms and instruments. Band students working at the sale will earn funds that they can apply toward program fees, the music department trip, or any other band-related expenses.

Sale hours are 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5 and 12; 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29, Dec. 6 and Dec. 13 and Sunday, Nov. 30, Dec. 7 and 14.
