NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP, PA — From now through Thanksgiving weekend, the New Britain Township Police Department will be enforcing seatbelt laws with a "Click-It-Or-Ticket" mobilization.
Officers will be on extra patrols, actively looking for drivers and passengers who are not wearing their seatbelts.
"If you plan to drive, wear your seatbelt. If you are driving with passengers, instruct them to wear their seatbelts. If you have infants, toddlers or young children in the car, you are responsible that they are secured in a properly installed and adjusted child safety seat," police said.
