PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — Durham Road (Rt. 413) is closed in both directions between Stump Road and Township Line Road in Plumstead Township due to a tree down and live wires, police said Thursday just after 2:30 p.m.

Police are asking residents to avoid the area.
