Doylestown Man Burglarized Home, Choked Child: Police
Justin Arana has been charged with burglary, strangulation, and endangering a child, Central Bucks Regional Police said.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A 46-year-old Doylestown man is facing multiple charges in connection with a physical domestic dispute after police said he forced his way into a borough home, pushed a person, and choked a child.
Justin Arana has been charged with burglary, strangulation, and endangering a child, Central Bucks Regional Police announced.
The charges were filed in connection with a Monday night incident at a N. Main Street residence.

According to police, Arana was in a "drunken and violent state" when he returned to the home shortly after 10:30 p.m., following previous argument earlier in the evening.
Police said he allegedly forced his way into the home, pushed one victim down, and choked a second victim, who was a minor.

Arana was arraigned before Judge Benz, who set bail at 10 percent of $500,000.
He was sent to Bucks County Prison, where he remained jailed as of Wednesday. His preliminary hearing is schedule for Dec. 16.
