Doylestown Twp. Roadway Closed By Downed Trees, Wires

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Edison-Furlong Road will be closed between Sauerman Road and Pebble Hill Road for an extended period after wind brought down a tree and utility lines.

Police closed the road earlier this morning in the area between Northwoods Lane and Woodcrest Lane due to a tree down, utility lines down, and multiple utility poles that were affected.

Police said PECO crews have been notified and are working to fix down power lines and utility poles impacted by the winds.
