Driver Injured In Route 611 On Ramp Crash In Doylestown Twp.

Firefighters responded to the scene on Wednesday morning for a one-car crash with a trapped driver.

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — A driver was hurt Wednesday morning in a one-car crash on the Route 611 off-ramp at West State Street.

Doylestown Fire Company crews from Engine 79 and Rescue 19 responded to the scene just before 8 a.m. Upon arrival, they found a driver pinned inside his car due to damage to the door and dashboard.

Crews turned the driver over to the Central Bucks Emergency Medical Services for treatment and transportation to the hospital.

Warrington Township Department of Emergency Services Rescue 78 was added to the call, but was recalled following a quick extrication.
