Drunk Man Cited After Asking Cop For Ride, Giving Fake ID: Police
Recent police activity in Doylestown, including an underage drunk man who sought a ride from an officer, and provided a fake ID.
Central Bucks Regional Police reported the following recent activity:
Dec. 13
A 28-year-old man was cited for public drunkenness just before 2 a.m. Police observed the man causing a disturbance after he was asked to leave Finney's multiple times.

Dec. 14
A 20-year-old Doylestown man was cited for underage drinking and providing false identification after he approached a police officer for a ride home. The man smelled of alcohol and attempted to give the officer a fake ID.

A 54-year-old man was cited for public drunkenness after police responded to Starbucks at 9:30 p.m. for report of an intoxicated man.

A packaged delivered by UPS was reported stolen from the 100 block of Decatur Street.
Dec. 17
A 21-year-old man was cited for harassment after police were called to Evergreen Road in New Britain Borough for an altercation with another person.
