Felony Assault Lands 24-Year-Old Warrington Man In Jail: Police
Police said an argument became physical with one person suffering a broken jaw.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 24-year-old Warrington man faces a felony assault charge following an incident on Monday in the township.
On Feb. 10, police responded to the 100 block of Billingsley Drive for the report of a disturbance.
Upon arrival, officers determined that an argument had ensued and became physical. During the argument, police said Eric Horace Wilson punched the victim in the face. The victim sustained a broken jaw requiring surgery.

A warrant was obtained for Wilson who turned himself in to police. Wilson was processed and arraigned by Judge Wertman who set bail at $25,000, unsecured.
Wilson is charged with aggravated assault (F1), simple assault (M2) and harassment (S).
