Firefighters To Conduct Drills At Vacant Doylestown Building

Residents and visitors may see firefighters in their turnout gear and smoke, but there is no emergency, fire officials said.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — Firefighters from the Doylestown Fire Company No. 1 will be training at the former Doylestown Borough Hall building on West Court Street on Wednesday evening, March 5..

"You may see fire apparatus, members in gear, and training smoke in the area starting around 6:30 p.m. until about 9:30 p.m.," firefighters said on their Facebook page.

While the scene may look real, "there is no emergency," the firefighters said.
