Firefighters Knock Down Early Morning Fire In Doylestown
Firefighters from seven companies responded to the scene of the early morning blaze.

DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Firefighters knocked down an early morning house fire on Sunday in the 2200 block of Turk Road.
Firefighters from seven companies responded to the scene just after 12:30 a.m., securing water sources and advancing hand lines to battle the blaze.
The volunteers spent about three hours extinguishing the fire and then conducting mop up operations.

There were no injuries reported as a result of the fire. And the origin of the fire is under investigation by the fire marshal's office.
In addition to Doylestown Fire Company No. 1, firefighters were on scene from Warrington Fire Co. No.1, Warwick Township Fire Company No. 1., Lingohocken Fire Company, Point Pleasant Volunteer Fire Company, Chalfont Fire Company, and the Hartsville Fire Company.
