DOYLESTOWN, PA — Police are trying to locate a man who broke into a Doylestown Borough building and spent the July 4 weekend there.

According to police, the owner of the Landmark Building reported Wednesday that someone had forced their way into a basement door. The person removed smoke detectors, lights and motion sensors from the walls.

Police found evidence of someone living in the building over the holiday weekend with belongings and paperwork left behind. Video surveillance was used to identify the suspect as Alexis Brian Sulyma, 45.

Sulyma has no fixed address. He was last known to be living in New Mexico but authorities believe he is still in the Doylestown area.
