Man Causes Disturbance At Parts Warehouse: Central Bucks Regional Crime Report
During the month of June, the Central Bucks Regional Police Department reported the following incidents and arrests:
DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Central Bucks Regional Police Department reported the following incidents and arrests during June:
June 1
- Aggravated Assault and Additional Charges, 19 N. Main Street (Chambers), Doylestown Borough – A 38-year-old woman from Perkasie was charged following police response to a disorderly patron. The woman refused to leave the establishment and was physically fighting with employees and patrons, police said. The woman resisted police officers and grabbed an officer’s throat. She was arrested, arraigned and bail was set at $15,000 unsecured.
- Fraud/Alter And Summary Charges, Park Avenue and Patriot Drive, Chalfont Borough – A 26-year-old Chalfont woman was charged following a traffic stop for a suspicious license plate displayed on vehicle. The license plate was repainted to match the vehicle, which is in violation of PA law. Citations have been filed.
- Public Drunkenness, North Main Street, Doylestown Borough – A 22-year-old Upper Moreland man was charged following a well-being check for a person asleep on the sidewalk. A citation was filed.

- Ordinance Violation, Oak Drive, New Britain Borough – An 18-year-old man from New Britain and Full Circles Services were cited for soliciting without a permit in the area of E. Butler Avenue and Oak Drive. Citations were filed.
June 7
- DUI, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough - A 21-year-old Souderton woman was charged with DUI following a traffic stop for failing to stop at a steady red light. The driver presented with glassy eyes, slurred speech and an odor of alcoholic beverage. Field sobriety tests were administered, and a subsequent legal blood draw was obtained at Doylestown Hospital.

- Criminal Mischief, Defiant Trespass and Harassment, 131 Doyle Street (Fred Beans Parts), Doylestown Borough – A 43-year-old Doylestown man was charged following police response for an unwanted subject who was throwing and breaking items throughout the warehouse. The man, an employee on leave of absence, was lying on the floor of the warehouse when police arrived. The man refused police command to leave the property and was taken into custody.
June 17
- Outstanding Warrant, 132 Veterans Lane (Borough Bagels), Doylestown Borough – A38-year-old Philadelphia man was taken into custody on an active warrant following a well-being check at Borough Bagels for a man slumped over at the table. He was processed and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
June 18
- Retail Theft, Defiant Trespass and Other Charges, 200 Town Center (Giant), New Britain Borough – An arrest warrant was issued for Azha Madina Rothmille, 29, of Philadelphia, for stealing over $800 in merchandise on June 3 from Giant. Anyone with information is asked to contact Officer Brian Keenan at 215-345-4143.
June 22 to 29
- Disorderly Conduct, N. Main Street, Doylestown Borough – The following individuals were cited for public urination during different incidents: A 34-year-old man from Chalfont, a 21-year-old man from Doylestown, a 21-year-old woman from Doylestown, a 27-year-old man from Hatfield, a 21-year-old man from Warwick, a 23-year-old man from Upper Makefield, a 22-year-old man from Plumstead and a 21-year-old man from Ambler.
June 26
- DUI, N. Main & W. State Streets, Doylestown Borough - A 33-year-old man from San Francisco, CA, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. The driver presented with slow/lethargic movements, bloodshot glassy eyes, slurred speech and an odor of alcoholic beverage. Field sobriety tests were conducted and the man refused legal blood draw.
June 27
- Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct, Beulah Road, New Britain Borough - Kevin Michael Plewinski, 45, of New Britain, was charged with the above offenses following police response to a disturbance between tenants in separate apartments. When police approached Plewinski to obtain his side of the story, police said Plewinski shoved and attempted to strike the officer. Plewinski was taken into custody, arraigned, bail set at 10 percent of $75,000 and remanded to Bucks County Prison.
June 29
- Public Drunkenness, W. State Street, Doylestown Borough - A 23-year-old man from Doylestown and a 23-year-old man from Lansdale were cited for public drunkenness following police response to a physical altercation. Citations were filed.
