Man Charged With Assault At Warrington Home
The man is accused of forcing his way into a home and physically assaulting a 15-year-old victim.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pike County man was charged with the assault of a 15-year-old at a home in Warrington Township, police said.
Joel Phillip, 34, of Bushkill, has been charged with aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children in connection with the incident, which occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 10.
Philip is accused of forcing his way into a home and physically assaulting a 15-year-old victim. He left before police arrived, and a warrant was issued by the Warrington Township Police Department for his arrest.

State police and U.S. Marshals tracked Philip down to a home about 80 miles away in Cresco, Monroe County.
The charges include endangering the welfare of a child because a 2-year-old was present in the home, police said.

Phillip was arraigned in court and sent to Bucks County Jail with bail set at $40,000. His next scheduled court appearance is Dec. 28.
