Blasting Activities Scheduled At Warrington Quarry

As mandated by the Pennsylvania DEP, all blasting activities will be monitored and conducted according to state and federal laws.

WARRINGTON, PA — Eureka Stone Quarry, Inc. will be conducting blasting activities at its Warrington Quarry located on Easton Road in Warrington on Tuesday, Dec. 23, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

As mandated by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, all blasting activities will be monitored and conducted according to state and federal laws.

Prior to detonation, depending on your proximity to Warrington, you may hear an air horn sounding. Following the inspection of the blast area, a single 10 second air horn signal will be sounded.

Adverse weather conditions, equipment breakdowns, personnel illnesses and other unforeseen issues may make it necessary - in the interest of safety - to conduct unscheduled blasting operations on occasion.
