BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Police have charged the man they say was the gunman in the Christmas Day armed robbery of a Bucks County business.

Jonathan Micha Kacewich, 26, already is incarcerated in Montgomery County on charges from a similar, but separate, armed robbery in Abington Township, police said Friday.

Warminster Police had been searching for two men in the robbery, which happened at 12:48 p.m. on Christmas at a business in the 200 block of West Street Road in Warminster. Police have not publicly identified the business by name.

One of the men, who matches Kacewich's description, showed a black, semi-automatic handgun and stole an undisclosed amount of money and an employee's personal items, police said.

Surveillance video of the crime released by police shows one of the men being let into the business by a female employee. He and the woman walk off camera and, when the man becomes visible again, he has pulled the handgun. He can be seen holding the gun and talking to the employee before leaving with what appears to be a backpack.

After he leaves, the woman runs to check the door and appears to pull a fire alarm.

In the Warminster robbery, Kacewich is charged with two counts of armed robbery, conspiracy, theft, assault and firearms violations. He is scheduled to be arraigned early next week, police said.
