Man Charged With Criminal Trespass After Incident On North Street

A 26​-year-old man is facing multiple charges after police said he repeatedly tried to get into a home in Doylestown Borough while drunk.

DOYLESTOWN, PA — A 26-year-old man is facing multiple charges after police said he repeatedly tried to get into a home along the 300 block of North Street in Doylestown Borough.

Domingo Timoteo Tambriz has been charged with criminal trespass and public drunkenness in connection with the Nov. 5 incident. Police said just after 9 p.m., Tambriz knocked on the door of the home. When the resident came to the door, Tambriz forced it open further.

The resident closed the door on Tambriz, but he returned and attempted to get in a second time, police said. At that point, the resident called the police.

Tambriz was processed and arraigned, and his bail was set at 10 percent of $20,000. He was remanded to Bucks County prison.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 18.
