Man Charged With Stealing From Motor Vehicles In Warrington
Police found two wallets in the man's possession belonging to victims in the Hampton Green Development.
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — An 18-year-old man from Warminster is facing charges for stealing from unlocked parked cars at a Warrington development.
On Jan. 24, police responded to the 300 block of Sassafras Court in the Hampton Green development for the report of four persons dressed in black trying car door handles.
Police located one of the persons later identified as an 18-year-old man from Warminster in the area crouched down against a wall. During the investigation, it was determined that the man had two wallets belonging to victims from Hampton Green.

The man was transported to the station where his identity was confirmed. He was charged with theft from motor vehicle, receiving stolen property and loitering and prowling at night.
Officers continued the investigation and found that several other residents of Hampton Green were also victims of the theft from unlocked vehicles. Charges were filed at District Court.
