Man Exposed Himself To Children At Buckingham Park: Police
A man charged with exposing himself to a girl in May is facing more charges in connection with similar incidents at George Bush Park.

BUCKINGHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — A man previously charged by Plumstead Township Police for exposing himself to a young girl back in May is facing additional charges after authorities say he also exposed himself to children at George Bush Park.
Buckingham Township Police have charged James Fadigan, 55, with two counts of indecent exposure in connection with the incidents that occurred years ago.
Following Fadigan's arrest for allegedly exposing himself on Nash Drive in Plumstead, police from that department partnered with Buckingham for a joint investigation to look into two open cases from 2016 and 2017.

According to police, in Oct. 2016, two 11-year-olds told police that an adult man exposed his genitals to them while they were at the park. Then about six months later, a 5-year-old and 6-year-old reported a similar situation — a man exposed his genitals to them while at the park, then left the area.
Police said the investigation led to Fadigan being identified in both incidents. He was charged on July 23.
