Man Exposed Himself To Girl Playing On Street: Plumstead Police
Police have charged a Pipersville man after they say he exposed himself to a nine-year-old girl who was playing in the street.

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — A Pipersville man is accused of showing his penis to a nine-year-old girl who was playing in the street last week in the area of Nash Drive, police said.
According to police, the Nash Drive resident reported that a man exposed himself to the girl as she played on May 20.
Detectives with the Plumstead Township Police Department later identified the man as James Fadigan, 55. He is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct.

Fadigan was arraigned before District Judge Regina Armitage, who set bail at 10 percent of $75,000. He is currently being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility, where he awaits a preliminary hearing.
