DOYLESTOWN, PA — "Neshaminy: The Bucks County Historical and Literary Journal" has announced the publication of a special issue, "Neshaminy: The First Five Years," celebrating the best of Neshaminy since its inception in 2019.

The issue is available in a special hardcover limited edition with a cover featuring Mercer Museum as painted by Bucks County artist Alan Fetterman and contains more than 300 pages of fiction, poetry, history and art from 18 area creators.

“Neshaminy, a journal filled with so much art, is a piece of art in itself,” says Don Swaim, journal co-founder and executive editor. “It’s also part of a long history of art making including Oscar Hammerstein, Dorothy Parker and James Michener and organizations like the Bucks County Writers Workshop, which is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary this year. I’m hopeful Neshaminy will continue a successful run long into the future.”
