One Vehicle ID'ed In Fatal Nockamixon Shooting: DA

Bucks County detectives are continuing to ask for the public's help in identifying drivers and passengers of two vehicles at the state park.

QUAKERTOWN, PA — Police have identified one of the three vehicles that were spotted in Nockamixon State Park around the time of a fatal shooting that occurred there on Saturday, Oct. 24.

Jason Kutt, 18, of Sellersville, was sitting with his girlfriend at the edge of the lake when he was shot once in the back of the head at around 5:15 p.m.

Kutt's girlfriend, who has not been identified due to her minor status, told authorities she saw a man in an orange vest, which she described as hunting clothing, standing behind a yellow gate at Old Ridge Road, looking in their direction.

Detectives have identified the driver of one of the three vehicles that was parked or traveling near Old Ridge Road. The remaining two vehicles are a 2000 tan Chevy Blazer and a black Mercedes SUV.

A police investigation determined that Kutt was about 550 feet away from the shooter. Police searched the area but did not locate any persons of interest.
