Paving, Utility Projects To Impact Roads In Central Bucks Co.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — Motorists are advised of the following road and bridge projects in Central Bucks County.
Base Repair Work In Plumstead Twp.
- Base repair work is planned on Stump Road between Route 313 (Dublin Pike) and Route 611 (Easton Road) in Plumstead Township through Friday, Aug. 29. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 313 (Dublin Pike), Curley Hill Road, and Route 611 (Easton Road). Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
Resurfacing, Pavement Repair On Route 413
- Resurfacing and pavement repair operations are scheduled on Route 413 (Durham Road) between Dark Hollow Road and U.S. 202 in Bedminster, Buckingham, and Plumstead townships from Monday, Aug. 18 to Friday, Aug. 22. Motorists can expect weekday lane closures with flagging between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Under the resurfacing and improvement project, PennDOT’s contractors are repairing, milling, and repaving state highways with new asphalt pavement that will seal roadways and provide motorists with a safer and smoother riding surface. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
Lane Restrictions At Route 202 Toll Bridge
- The New Hope-Lambertville (Route 202) Toll Bridge is restricted to single travel lanes in each direction with a 10-foot width restriction in the southbound (Pennsylvania-bound) direction and an 11-foot width restriction in the northbound (New Jersey-bound) direction. The travel restrictions will remain in effect until further notice. A contractor is in the process of removing the former cash-collection toll plaza and replacing it with an open-road cashless all-electronic tolling gantry. The project also includes repairs and improvements to the bridge’s Pennsylvania abutment. Route 202 motorists approaching the bridge are urged to reduce speeds, prepare for lane shifts, observe size restrictions, and exercise caution.
Pipe replacement to Close Kellers Church Road
- Kellers Church Road will be closed between Route 611 (Easton Road) and Route 113 (Bedminster Road) in Bedminster and Plumstead townships on Wednesday, August 20, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a pipe replacement project. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 611 (Easton Road) and Route 113 (Bedminster Road). On Monday, August 25, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Kellers Church Road will be closed between Route 113 (Bedminster Road) and South Park Road/Ridge Road in Bedminster Township. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use South Park Road/Ridge Road, Route 611 (Easton Road), and Route 113 (Bedminster Road). Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
