Police Seek Suspects In Doylestown Borough Distraction Theft
Police are trying to track down the identity of two people who conducted a distraction theft at a Doylestown Borough shop.
DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — Police are trying to track down the identity of two people who conducted a distraction theft at a Doylestown Borough shop just before Christmas.
According to police, just before 5 p.m. on Dec. 20 two people at Forever Yarn on Oakland Avenue conducted a distraction in the store, stealing credit cards from an employee.
The pair used the cards at Best Buy, Macy’s and Target in Montgomeryville, police said. The total amount purchased prior the cards being deactivated was $31,949.
