A proposed mixed-use development at the former Intelligencer building will be reviewed Tuesday by borough planners.

DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — A proposed mixed-use development at the former Intelligencer building will be reviewed Tuesday by the Doylestown Borough Planning Commission.
The meeting, which starts at 7:30 p.m. in Doylestown Borough Hall, is expected to be the first of "several" public meetings to review and discuss the proposal, according to information from the borough.
Developers are proposing a mixed-use development with more than 200 apartments and 10,000-square feet of retail space at 333 N. Broad Street.

Tuesday's discussion will also include a proposed zoning overlay district which requires “green” buildings and development standards, public park space, and required architectural guidelines and standards, according to the borough.
