Missing Man Found Following K-9 Search In Plumstead Twp.: Police

UPDATE: Police report that they have found the missing man and that the search has ended.

PLUMSTEAD TOWNSHIP, PA — A search is underway Monday afternoon for a missing 61-year-old man in Plumstead Township, according to township police. A K-9 unit has been deployed to assist in the search efforts.

The search efforts are centered in the area of Plumstead Chase, Durham Ridge, North Branch and Gardenville, police said.

"At this time, there is no indication of a threat to the community, and we urge everyone to remain calm and cooperative," police said. "We are working diligently to locate the missing individual and ensure their safe return."
