Bucks Co. Justice Center Reopens Following Haz-Mat Scare
Emergency responders and hazardous materials teams responded to the scene early Wednesday afternoon for a suspicious package.

UPDATED 4:30 P.M. On Wednesday
DOYLESTOWN BOROUGH, PA — The Bucks County Justice Center reopened around 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon after a hazardous materials scare prompted the evacuation of the building around 12:30 p.m.
Emergency crews responded to the scene around 12:30 p.m. after a suspicious package was delivered to the Sheriff's Office. After an investigation, the county's Haz-Mat team determined there was no hazardous material and the scene was cleared just after 2 p.m.

There were no injuries reported during the incident. And as a precaution, the building was safely evacuated. The building has since reopened, according to a spokesperson for the DA's office.
Responding to the scene were the Bucks County Hazardous Materials Team, Doylestown Fire Company, Warrington Township Department of Emergency Services, and the Central Bucks Emergency Medical Services.
