DOYLESTOWN, PA — Police in Doylestown are trying to identify a suspect wanted for a wallet theft at a local supermarket.

According to Central Bucks Regional Police, a person stole a red leather wallet from an Acme Market shopper on May 1. The suspect then used the credit cards to make fraudulent purchases, police said.

The victim’s credit card was used to make fraudulent purchases the same day at Target in Warrington for $847 and US Gas in Horsham for $30.

The suspect also made unsuccessful attempts to purchase $1,300 worth of items, police said.

Police obtained surveillance video from Target depicting the suspect. It is shared below.
