Tri-Municipal Parade Celebrates Nation's Birthday In Bucks County
Hundreds line the streets of Chalfont, New Britain Borough, and New Britain Township for the Independence Day march.

NEW BRITAIN, PA — A flag-waving celebration welcomed the Fourth of July on Friday as the Tri-Municipal Parade marched through New Britain Borough, Chalfont Borough, and New Britain Township.
The parade had it all, from Lady Liberty to Uncle Sam, as patriotic tunes provided the marching music and politicians greeted the crowds.
Leading the parade were color guards bearing the American flag and the flags of the U.S. Armed Forces. They were joined by U.S. Marine Corps veterans and the Chal-Brit Regional Rescue Squad.
