Warrington Township Man Charged With Selling Drugs, Possession

During the investigation, police completed several controlled purchases of narcotics, including methamphetamine.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 43-year-old Warrington man is facing multiple felony charges for selling illegal narcotics in the township.

In May 2024, police initiated an investigation into a suspected narcotics supplier. During the investigation, police completed several controlled purchases of narcotics, including methamphetamine.

Earlier this month, a search warrant was executed at the home of David Higby in the 1000 block of Peachtree Lane leading to the discovery of additional narcotics and paraphernalia.

An arrest warrant was issued and Higby was subsequently arrested, processed, and arraigned by Judge Gaier, who set bail at $250,000 or 10 percent cash. Higby was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.

Higby is charged with the criminal use of a communication device, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
