Warrington Woman Charged With 3 Counts Of Child Endangerment

During an investigation, police discovered the woman actively overdosing and a man who appeared to be under the influence.

WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A 35-year-old Warrington Township woman faces three counts of felony child endangerment for an incident that happened in November.

On Jan. 28, Alexandre Diana Sharpe was arrested after she turned herself in at police headquarters.

On Nov. 23, police responded to a residential medical emergency. During their investigation, they discovered Alexandre Diana Sharpe actively overdosing and a man who appeared to be under the influence of controlled substances. Also present in the home were three juvenile children.

According to police, the residence was in a state of extreme disarray. Police also found controlled substances, which they learned contained Fentanyl, at the bottom of a staircase that led to the children’s bedrooms.

All controlled substances were submitted for forensic testing.

Sharpe was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Stacy Wertman. Bail was set at $50,000 unsecured. She was released from custody. Bail conditions were for Sharpe to continue following the home safety plan in place by Bucks County Children and Youth Services and to continue her drug screening, police said.
