"Our nurses share some of the same anxiety over this new disease that everyone in the community experiences; however, they are supporting each other as they care for COVID-19 patients and responding with hope. The celebration of just one COVID patient leaving the hospital is a perfect example of this spirit of unity. We are so proud of how all of our staff have responded," Stover said in a statement to Patch.
