Weather Advisory Upgraded To A Winter Storm Warning In Bucks
The county is forecast to receive anywhere from 4 to 7 inches of snow.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The National Weather Service has upgraded its Winter Weather Advisory for Lower and Central Bucks County to a Winter Storm Warning in anticipation of a storm that is expected to start late Monday night with rain changing to snow overnight and Tuesday morning.
The warning will go into effect at Midnight on Tuesday and continue until 3 p.m., according to the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
Lower and Central Bucks County could see 4 to 7 inches of snow, the National Weather Service said. Upper Bucks County, including Quakertown, remains under a Winter Storm Warning.

As a nor’easter moves up the coast, Bucks County will see rain late Monday night changing to snow Tuesday morning from north to south, forecasters said.
Briefly heavy snow is possible around the time of the morning commute, with snowfall rates of one half to 1 inch per hour possible, according to forecasters. There is uncertainty regarding snow amounts and how efficiently the snow will accumulate on roads, given mild temperatures with precipitation starting as rain overnight.

- Mostly cloudy. Highs around 50. Northeast winds around 5 mph, becoming southwest this afternoon.

- Rain or snow after midnight. Snow accumulation up to 1 inch. Lows in the mid-30s. East winds around 5 mph, increasing to 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph after midnight. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.
Tuesday
- Snow in the morning, then partly sunny in the afternoon. Snow may be heavy at times in the morning. Snow accumulation of 5 to 7 inches. Northeast winds 15 to 20 mph, becoming northwest in the afternoon. Gusts up to 35 mph. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.
Tuesday Night
- Mostly clear. Cold with lows in the upper 20s. Northwest winds 5 to 10 mph.
Wednesday
- Sunny. Highs in the upper 30s. Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.
